Shipping policy

Our main office is based in South Africa and we ship worldwide.
We aim to ship products within 3 working days of receiving your order (in stock items)
Some items are bespoke and may take a little while longer to manufacture. It will be well worth the wait.
All orders apart from samples are tracked, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email along with tracking details as soon as your item(s) are dispatched.
Please note, that we are unable to deliver to PO boxes, we only deliver to physical addresses.
It is your responsibility to supply us with the correct delivery address.
Shipping in South Africa: We make use of a Courier Services at a flat rate of R99 per parcel of 5kg or less.

SHIPPING TO REST OF WORLD

Within 4 - 6 WORKING DAYS from placement of order (in stock items) – Courier cost from £35 / $45 / R890

For all orders outside South Africa, we use a tracked service (DHL or Fedex) with one of our international couriers. We will send you a dispatch confirmation email along with tracking details as soon as your item(s) are dispatched. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

If delivery proves impossible or impractical on 2 or more occasions we may need to cancel your order and deduct the original delivery charges from the refund; however, we will try to contact you in this case to arrange for a new order to be placed if required. Please note that the shipping charge only includes delivery; therefore customers will be responsible for any import duties and taxes. Please note : It is your responsibility to supply us with the correct delivery address.

Delivery

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving proof of payment.

Please note that there will be a time delay when we are out of stock. We will do our best to print and manufacture your product as soon as we receive your order and to keep to the time frame supplied but this might not always be possible and can take a little longer. We will however always communicate this to you if it happens.

You will receive another notification via email when your order has been dispatched or shipped.
