Delivery:
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving proof of payment.
Please note that there will be a time delay when we are out of stock. We will do our best to print and manufacture your product as soon as we receive your order and to keep to the time frame supplied but this might not always be possible and can take a little longer. We will however always communicate this to you if it happens.
You will receive another notification via email when your order has been dispatched or shipped.
Domestic shipping rates and estimates:
Shipping in South Africa: All Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
In Store Pick up:
You can skip the shipping fees and choose free local pick-up/In -Warehouse pickup at our Mossel Bay depot.
After placing your order and selecting local pick-up at checkout, your order will be prepared and you will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.
Our in-store pick up hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Fridays 10h00 – 13h00.
International shipping:
We do offer International shipping options to various countries, International shipping times :3-5 working days.
All Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Also note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Adelai and company is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and you are responsible as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order:
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email from us, please contact us at info@adco.shop with your name and order details and we will help you find your parcel.
