If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return it for an exchange only, as long as it meets our returns/exchange policy as listed. No refunds will be issued.
Please note we are unable to offer exchanges for blankets, face towels, tea towels, tablecloths, or any linen due to hygienic reasons - unless faulty. See the faulty clause below. You have 7 days from receipt of your order, to advise us of your intention to return & exchange, and 14 days from receipt of your order to return the item(s) to us. Please email us at info@adco.shop with any complaints.
The goods need to be returned to us in their original packaging, unused. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your cost. We can offer exchanges on products where the item purchased is available in an alternative colour, however, if a different product or size is preferred, please email us directly. No exchanges will be accepted for fading - all fabrics eventually fade, always.
Faulty items: (Flaws) All our magical treasures are lovingly packed to ship to you from our Annipan Warehouse, but sometimes things can go wrong. If you believe an item is faulty, please email us at info@adco.shop to start your return and exchange. We will always ask for photos so that we can understand the issue, and in some instances, we may need to collect the item from you for inspection. (South African clients only). If deemed faulty we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at our cost.
